CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
Your reservation will be finalized as soon as we receive your fully completed payment. You will receive an e-mail confirming your booking and providing you with all necessary pick up information. Reservations are finalized only upon receipt of APEX TRAVEL’s confirmation e-mail.
PAYMENT
In order to finalize your reservation is required a full payment by credit card or PAYPAL.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation policy is used by almost all service providers all over Europe in order to minimize no shows.
Bookings cancelled up until 24 hours prior to the agreed date and time will not be charged and the full amount will be refunded.
Bookings cancelled within the last 24 hours prior to the agreed date and time will be fully charged.
If you are arriving on board a ship and your ship does not, due to bad weather or for any other reason, dock, then you will not be charged.
CHANGES & CANCELLATION
Please note that alterations or cancellations should only be made via e-mail. APEX TRAVEL has to acknowledge receipt by e-mail of any changes or cancellations in order for them to be valid.
As our services are personalized we would appreciate it if we are notified as soon as possible of any changes so that we can accept other requests and offer our services to other visitors that require them.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please make sure that throughout all our correspondence and in the final confirmation e-mail that you will receive all information regarding your requested service is quoted correctly. APEX TRAVEL will not be held responsible for any incorrect information. Please double check all information. In case of an error please contact us immediately and we will make all necessary changes.
Your driver will be waiting for you on the confirmed date, time and location as agreed. He will wait for thirty (15) minutes over the agreed pick up time. After this time your reservation will be regarded as a “no show”. However, if you have been delayed due to unexpected circumstances (e.g. lost luggage at the Airport, disembarkation problems at Port) please contact immediately at the Greek mobile phone that is quoted in your final confirmation e-mail.
If, for some reason, you are unable to locate your driver at the agreed meeting point then please contact immediately at the Greek mobile phone that is quoted in your final confirmation e-mail.
You are strongly advised to secure your personal belongings especially in crowded places. Make sure your back pack and cameras are secure. Never leave your cell phone unattended. Keep small items safely in your pockets. APEX TRAVEL will not be held liable for any loss or theft. Your data is strictly confidential. It will not be disclosed under any circumstances unless requested by the Greek State authorities.
